A confirmation email is required to secure a booking.

Cancellations must by received at least 72 hours before pickup time for full refund of deposit less any bank/Paypal/credit card charges.
Cancellations due to weather or breakdown are the sole decision of the Captain.
In the case of weather, we usually have forewarning and will contact the customer to discuss cancellation or postponement options on a case by case basis. The Captain will have the final decision.
PFC has the right to change the boat, crew or destination in the case of unforeseen events like breakdown or weather conditions. An equal or better vessel will be arranged if possible. In the case of a lesser boat being the only availability, price adjustment will be made accordingly.
Late cancellation, less than 72 hours or no show, PFC has the right and approval to charge the full amount plus relevant fees to be paid on demand.
